Synthetic Aperture Radar - SAR

Synthetic Aperture Radar is a coherent side-looking radar capable of producing high-resolution 2D imagery. A SAR uses the motion of its antenna over a target region to synthesise a very long antenna, hence producing finer spatial resolution in its along track direction. Interferometric SAR (or InSAR) is an advanced SAR technique that employs two or more SAR images to generate maps of deformation or temporal change. We offer a variety of ground-based imaging radar (GBSAR) solutions for teaching, research and commercial deployment.
